Common use of Open Admissions Clause in Contracts

Open Admissions. The School is a public school open to all Minnesota students, notwithstanding admission limitations allowed by Minnesota Statutes section 124E.11.The School shall not limit admissions to students on the basis of intellectual ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, athletic ability or any other criteria inconsistent with Applicable Law. A student shall be considered enrolled in the School until the student formally withdraws or is expelled. The School will comply with its admission policies as provided in Exhibit I, which shall be consistent with all applicable laws.
