Common use of Open Admissions Clause in Contracts

Open Admissions. The School shall not limit admissions to students on the basis of intellectual ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, athletic ability or any other criteria inconsistent with Applicable Law. A student shall be re-enrolled for the next school year until formally withdrawn from the School.
