Open API. Open API is an app that allows you to carry out certain activities such as setting up automatic payments out of your account and displaying your account balance. If you ask us to, and your plan allows it, we will give you an API Key which will allow you to use the Open API. Click here for more information about our Open API.
Open API. The Product features an open API that will allow Kinduct to integrate with other third party systems that Client currently uses, or will use in the future. If Client requests support from Kinduct for an integration with a third party system that requires a significant development effort by Kinduct, Kinduct will provide Client with a quotation for the integration work that has been requested; otherwise, such integration support shall be supplied by Kinduct to Client at no additional charge.

  • Open Listing The general non-exclusive right to sell, trade, convey, or exchange the Property during the Listing Period in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.   • User IDs and Password Controls All users must be issued a unique user name for accessing DHCS PHI or PI. Username must be promptly disabled, deleted, or the password changed upon the transfer or termination of an employee with knowledge of the password, at maximum within 24 hours. Passwords are not to be shared. Passwords must be at least eight characters and must be a non-dictionary word. Passwords must not be stored in readable format on the computer. Passwords must be changed every 90 days, preferably every 60 days. Passwords must be changed if revealed or compromised. Passwords must be composed of characters from at least three of the following four groups from the standard keyboard: • Upper case letters (A-Z) • Lower case letters (a-z) • Arabic numerals (0-9) • Non-alphanumeric characters (punctuation symbols)

  • Required Vendor Sales Reporting By responding to this Solicitation, you agree to report to TIPS all sales made under any awarded Agreement with TIPS. Vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS. If the TIPS Member entity requesting a price from the awarded Vendor requests the TIPS contract, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract number on any communications with the TIPS Member entity. If awarded, you will be provided access to the Vendor Portal. To report sales, login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and click on the PO’s and Payments tab. Pages 3-7 of the Vendor Portal User Guide will walk you through the process of reporting sales to TIPS. Please refer to the TIPS Accounting FAQ’s for more information about reporting sales and if you have further questions, contact the Accounting Team at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement and submitting same to TIPS.
