Open Credit Account. Seller reserves the right in its sole discretion to approve, conditionally approve or disapprove any request by Customer for credit. The amount of credit Seller extends to Customer will be determined by Seller in its discretion and may vary from time to time. Customer shall notify Seller, in writing, of any error in any invoice within ten (10) days after the Customer’s receipt of such invoice, and, if no such notice from Customer is received by Seller, the invoice shall be deemed to be correct and payable as delivered to Customer.

Open Credit Account. Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement does not require any sales on credit nor the deferred payment of all or any part of the agreed cash price or prices of goods and services. Unless a credit account has been approved, all goods and services must be paid for at the time of delivery or, in the case of lease or rental, in advance. The amount of credit extended to Buyer will be determined by Seller(s) and may vary from time to time. Seller(s) is not hereby committed to extend any credit whatsoever. If credit is extended, Seller(s) is hereby authorized and directed to continue or discontinue with or without notice, in its sole discretion, such line of credit in any amount or amounts determined by Seller(s) as well as to place this amount on COD basis and/or refuse sales or service entirely. Buyer waives notice of any change in credit limit.

Buyer shall complete and submit to Seller a credit application on the form provided or otherwise made available by Seller, and Buyer represents that such credit application will be true and correct in all material respects. The amount of credit Seller extends to Buyer will be determined by Seller in its discretion and may vary from time to time. Upon Xxxxxx’s request from time to time, Buyer will provide Seller with current financial information. Buyer represents and warrants that any financial information provided to Seller will be true and correct in all material respects and shall fairly and accurately present the financial condition of Buyer as of the date of such financial statements. Buyer hereby authorizes Seller to review and evaluate Xxxxx’s credit background from time to time.

  • Total Credit Award GO-Biz, upon approval by the Committee and conditioned upon the requirements set forth in this Agreement, will award Taxpayer a California Competes Tax Credit ("CCTC") in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) (“Credit”). Specifically, Taxpayer is receiving a CCTC against the “net tax” as defined in RTC section 17039, or the “tax” as defined in RTC section 23036, as applicable, pursuant to RTC section 17059.2 or 23689, as applicable.
