Open Enrollment and Admissions. The Charter School shall comply with the open enrollment and admissions provisions set forth in O.C.G.A. § 20-2-2066. Enrollment shall be open to any student in accordance with the following criteria:

i. The attendance zone is limited to the neighborhoods of Grant Park, Ormewood Park and Summerhill (Zone 1) if and only if there are more applicants from those three neighborhoods than there are seats available in each grade and a lottery is required.
ii. In the event the neighborhoods of Zone 1 do not have enough applicants to require a lottery, the attendance zone shall be expanded to include the Neighborhood Planning Unit W (NPU-W)(Zone 2)-but only if that expansion yields more applicants from those three neighborhoods and NPU-W than there are seats available and a lottery is required.
iii. In the event the neighborhoods of Zone 1 and Zone 2 do not have enough applicants to require a lottery, the attendance zone shall be expanded to include the entire Atlanta Public Schools District (Zone 3) in the single lottery.

a. Attendance Zone. Enrollment shall be open to any grade level eligible student who resides in Henry County School District, Atlanta Public Schools, Clayton County School District, DeKalb County School District or Fulton County School District.

Enrollment shall be open to any grade level eligible student who resides in Jackson County School District, Banks County School District, Barrow County School District, Buford City Schools, Commerce City Schools, Gainesville City Schools, Gwinnett County School District, Hall County School District and Jefferson City Schools.
Open Enrollment and Admissions. The Charter School shall comply with the open enrollment and admissions provisions set forth in O.C.G.A. § 20-2-2066. Enrollment shall be open to any student in accordance with the following criteria:
a. Attendance Zone. Enrollment shall be open to any grade level eligible student who resides in Cherokee County School District, Xxxx County School District, Xxxxxxx County Schools, Bartow County School System, Cartersville City Schools and Marietta City Schools attendance zones.
Open Enrollment and Admissions. The Charter School shall comply with the open enrollment and admissions provisions set forth in O.C.G.A. § 20-2-2066. Enrollment shall be open to any student in accordance with the following criteria:
a. Attendance Zone. Enrollment shall be open to any student who resides within the attendance zone, which is defined as Gwinnett County, Georgia excluding Buford City. Further, the Charter School may continue to enroll DeKalb County students who reside outside of the defined attendance zone and who were enrolled in the Charter School at the end of the 2010-2011 academic year pursuant to the terms of a previous charter or any permissible priority set forth in the Charter Schools Act.

a. Attendance Zone. Enrollment shall be open to any grade level eligible student who resides in Coweta County School System, Meriwether County School System, Spaulding County Schools, Fayette County Public Schools, or Pike County Schools.
Open Enrollment and Admissions. The Charter School shall comply with the open enrollment and admissions provisions set forth in O.C.G.A. § 20-2-2066. Enrollment shall be open to any student in accordance with the following criteria:
a. Attendance Zone. Enrollment shall be open to students who reside within one of two designated section. Section one shall include the Xxxxxx Highway Corridor, which is defined by Interstate 85 as the southeast boundary, the Xxxxxx-DeKalb County line as the west boundary, the Gwinnett-DeKalb County line as the north boundary, and a line one-half mile to the northwest and parallel to the Peachtree Street/Peachtree Industrial Boulevard as the northwest boundary. Section two shall include the Clarkston, Stone Mountain, Lithonia areas.
