Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment Periods. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Covered California is required to: (i) to allow Qualified Individuals to enroll in a QDP or change a QDP during annual Open Enrollment Periods, and (ii) allow certain Qualified Individuals to enroll in or change QDPs during Special Enrollment Periods (SEP) as a result of specified triggering events per applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. Contractor agrees to accept new Enrollees in Covered California who enroll during these periods.
