Common use of Open Flame Clause in Contracts

Open Flame. No use of open flames is allowed except for small cake candles or candles in containers that are approved by the Town. No use of pyrotechnics or fog machines is allowed. Anyone who is in contravention to this regulation may be subject to charges under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act.
