Open Staffing Units. Staff assigned to units requiring similar clinical skills will float as needed to units within the same region. In times of low census and mandatory absent days, a Nurse will be offered work which the Employer determines is clinically appropriate for that Nurse, if available, elsewhere at the Employer.
