OPENING OF THE TENDERS. Tenders will be opened at 1015:00 on 2208/07/2013 at the following location: A representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the bids. Tenderers wishing to attend are requested to notify their intention by sending an e-mail at least 2 working days in advance to the above-mentioned e-mail address. This notification must be signed by an authorised representative of the tenderer and specify the name of the person who will attend the opening of the bids on the tenderer's behalf.
