Common use of Operating Committee Access Clause in Contracts

Operating Committee Access. For the purpose of inspection and reading of meters, checking of pertinent records and related matters, the Representatives shall have the right of access at any reasonable time to all facilities and equipment of the Parties used or to be used in the performance of this Agreement.
