Operating Entity Capabilities. MAPPCOR’s and XXXX’s real-time EMSs have very detailed state estimator and security analysis packages that are able to monitor both thermal and voltage contingencies every few minutes. State estimation models will be at least as detailed as the IDC model for all Coordinated and Reciprocal Coordinated Flowgates. Additionally, MAPPCOR, MISO, and OATI will be continually working to ensure model synchronization with the then current IDC model. The data MAPPCOR and MISO will utilize in their models will be exchanged either via ICCP links or the NERC ISN. The MISO state estimator and Unit Dispatch System (UDS) will utilize all of these real-time internal flows and generator outputs to calculate both the actual and projected hour-ahead flows (i.e., total Market Flows, Non-Firm Economic Dispatch, and Firm Gen-to-Load Limit) on all of the Coordinated Flowgates. These real-time and hour-ahead flows are uploaded to the NERC IDC. Using real-time modeling, the Market-Based Operating Entity’s internal systems will be able to more reliably determine the impact on Flowgates created by dispatch than the NERC IDC. The reason for this difference in accuracy is that the IDC uses very static SDX data that models generators as either at full output or off. In contrast to the SDX data, the Market-Based Operating Entity’s calculations of system flows will utilize each unit’s actual output, updated at least every 15 minutes on an established schedule.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.

  • DISASTER RECOVERY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity).

  • Personnel Capabilities The Applicant should list down personnel of minimum qualification as specified in the Qualification Criteria
