Operating Personnel. 6.8.1 The Company shall ensure that qualified personnel operate and monitor the Units and the Facility and coordinate operations of the Units and the Facility with the JPS Grid System and are on duty at the Facility at all times, seven (7) Days a Week commencing on the date fourteen (14) Days prior to the Commercial Operations Date. The Company shall ensure that at all times during the operation of the Facility all skilled and unskilled labourers operate under the direct supervision of qualified and experienced personnel.
