Common use of Operating Plan Clause in Contracts

Operating Plan. ‌ The Director will establish and revise, as necessary, after consultation with the Concessioner, specific requirements for the operations of the Concessioner under this Contract in the form of an Operating Plan. The initial Operating Plan is attached to this Contract as Exhibit B.
