Common use of Operating Plan Clause in Contracts

Operating Plan. ‌ The Director, acting through the Superintendent, shall establish and revise, as necessary, specific requirements for the operations of the Concessioner under this Contract in the form of an Operating Plan (including, without limitation, a risk management program, that must be adhered to by the Concessioner). The initial Operating Plan is attached to this Contract as Exhibit A. The Director in his discretion, after consultation with the Concessioner, may make reasonable modifications to the initial Operating Plan that are in furtherance of the purposes of this Contract and are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the main body of this Contract.
