Common use of Operation and Maintenance Obligations Clause in Contracts

Operation and Maintenance Obligations. i. The Lessee shall operate and maintain the Project in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, Applicable Laws and permits and conform to Good Industry Practice, as per applicable Indian laws and directives and for that purpose do all such acts, Agreements and things necessary and expedient including but without limitation, as per the provisions of this Agreement.
