OPERATION OF INFORMATION PAGE AND IMPRESSE SITE. Subject to Section 2.0 and with respect to the Information Page, Impresse Site and the Printing Service, Impresse agrees that it shall be solely responsible for: (a) customer service and support; (b) hosting and maintenance; (c) quality and delivery of all services operated by Impresse as part of the Printing Service to Adobe Sourced Customers, Impresse acknowledges that all of the foregoing shall be at the sole expense of Impresse. In addition, Impresse agrees that it will not intentionally conduct any illegal activities at the Impresse Site.

  • Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities.   • Dissemination of Information The Borrower authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a "Transferee") and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender's possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.

The Seller will, at the Seller’s expense, at any time during regular business hours with prior written notice (i) permit the Administrator or any Purchaser Agent, or their respective agents or representatives, (A) to examine and make copies of and abstracts from all books and records relating to the Pool Receivables or other Pool Assets and (B) to visit the offices and properties of the Seller for the purpose of examining such books and records, and to discuss matters relating to the Pool Receivables, other Pool Assets or the Seller’s performance hereunder or under the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party with any of the officers, directors, employees or independent public accountants of the Seller (provided that representatives of the Seller are present during such discussions) having knowledge of such matters; provided, that so long as no Termination Event has occurred and is continuing such examinations and visits shall not exceed one (1) per year and (ii) without limiting the provisions of clause (i) above, from time to time during regular business hours, at the Seller’s expense, upon reasonable prior written notice from the Administrator and the Purchaser Agents, permit certified public accountants or other auditors acceptable to the Administrator to conduct a review of its books and records with respect to the Pool Receivables; provided, that so long as no Termination Event has occurred and is continuing, the Seller shall be required to reimburse the Administrator and Purchaser Agents for only one (1) such audit per year. For the avoidance of doubt, the Administrator may require examinations and audits in addition to the examinations and audits specified in clause (i) and clause (ii) above, but the expense of any such additional examination or audit shall be borne by the Administrator and not the Seller.

The right to recover only amounts due at the time of repossession and any unamortized nonrecurring cost as allowed by Arkansas Law. b. Include in its contract that the laws of the State of Arkansas govern the contract. c. Acknowledge that contracts become effective when awarded by the State Procurement Official.

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
