Operation of Kiosks. Agent shall operate the Kiosks at Camping World stores as approved and agreed to by the parties in writing during the business hours set forth opposite each of the Kiosk locations identified in Schedule 2, which schedule may be amended or modified from time to time by the parties.
Operation of Kiosks. With the exception of personnel in training, or when the prior written approval of the Director or his representatives has been obtained, no more than service representatives of Concessionaire may work from each Kiosk at any one time. The function of service representatives shall be strictly limited to the operation of Airport Valet Services. Such representatives shall not be permitted to engage in the solicitation of services offered by Concessionaire other than Airport Valet Services, nor shall Airport Valet Service tickets be sold in any Airport location outside the Kiosks. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Director or his representative, after receipt of a written explanation as to the need therefor, may authorize the temporary use by Concessionaire of additional service representatives to assist in periods of peak demand. The granting of such authorization shall be at the sole discretion of the Director, it being clearly understood by the parties hereto that Concessionaire by entering into the Agreement shall have no automatic right to such authorization. Concessionaire may not utilize the Kiosks for other transportation activities, prearranged or otherwise, not authorized by this Agreement. The display of advertisements unrelated to the Airport Valet Service (e.g. brochures) at the Kiosks is prohibited. Kiosk(s) must be maintained in a clean, first-class condition, and trash must be removed nightly from the Airport premises and properly disposed of by Concessionaire.
Operation of Kiosks. 27.1 Where space permits, the Successful Tenderer may be allowed to set up kiosks within the Hawker Centre, subject to prior approval from the Agency. In seeking approval, the Successful Tenderer shall provide the Agency the following information: location, number, size and trade types for these kiosks. The revenue generated from such kiosks shall be recognised as ancillary income.
