Operation of this Agreement. (a) Any provision of this Agreement which is unenforceable or partly unenforceable is, where possible, to be severed to the extent necessary to make this Agreement enforceable, unless this would materially change the intended effect of this Agreement. (b) If there is any inconsistency between the English version of this Agreement and any translation of this Agreement, the English version will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
