Relationship to Awards. ‌ 3.4.1 For the purposes of this clause, the terms ‘award’ or ‘awards’ include any applicable award or agreement and includes those howsoever described in the FW Act as an award, Federal award, transitional Federal award, pre-reform Federal award, pre-reform certified agreement, a modern award, a preserved State agreement and a notional agreement preserving a State award. 3.4.2 This Agreement is intended to cover all matters pertaining to the employment relationship. In this regard, this Agreement represents a complete statement of the mutual rights and obligations between the Company and its Employees to the exclusion (to the extent permitted by law) of other laws, awards, agreements (whether registered or unregistered), custom and practice and like instruments or arrangements. 3.4.3 This Agreement regulates all terms and conditions of employment and thus expressly excludes and displaces the operation of all other matters and conditions of employment (including those howsoever described or identified as a preserved entitlement, preserved notional term, preserved notional entitlement, protected notional condition, preserved award term, or protected award condition) in any award. 3.4.4 Without in any way limiting the foregoing and to remove any doubt, this Agreement expressly excludes and completely displaces the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (Electrical Award).
Relationship to Awards. This Agreement is comprehensive and applies to the exclusion of the Enrolled Nurses and Nursing Assistants (Government) Award, the Miscellaneous Government Conditions and Allowances Award No A4 of 1992 and the Health Workers Community and Child Health Services Award 2000 as replaced.

Relationship to Awards. 6.1 The terms in the Award attachment form part of this Agreement. 6.2 The Award attachment is comprised of many of the terms of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998, the Metal, Engineering And Associated Industries (Accident Pay, Victoria) Award 1998 and the Metal, Engineering And Associated Industries (Superannuation) Award 2000 (“Awards”). As the context requires, the terms in the Award attachment should be read as altered to make them operate as terms of this Agreement; for example, “Award” may mean “Agreement” and “employer” may mean the company.
Relationship to Awards. This Enterprise Bargaining Agreement operates to exclude the application of the LGE and SAMSO Awards to the extent of inconsistency with the awards. The parties agree that the past salary increases granted pursuant to all prior Agreements, include the absorption of all work and expense related allowances in Schedule 2,4 and 5 of the LGE Award and Clause 4.4 Allowances of the SAMSO Award unless an allowance is explicitly included in this agreement.
