Common use of Operation of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Operation of this Agreement. This Agreement is to be entered into as soon as possible following completion of the notification of the Planning Agreement in accordance with the requirements of Section 93G of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Xxx 0000 and Clause 25D of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 and in any event must be executed and entered into prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate for the Development the subject of the Development Consent.
