Operational Regulations. 24.13.3.1 Each extended day person responsible for an activity in all middle schools and high schools will file a Completion of Assignment form with the WCSD Office of Student Services no later than two (2) weeks following the official termination of the activity. Final payment for such activity will not occur until said report is filed. A copy of each report will be made available to the WEA Extended Day Duty Committee.
