Common use of Operational Services Clause in Contracts

Operational Services. Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to oversee the efficient and orderly operation of the DQH Facilities and shall provide the following services in accordance to the terms hereof, or if not herein specified then at least at the level of prevailing industry practices:
