Operator Responsibilities. (a) The Operator is responsible to become aware of, and be compliant with, all changes affecting its obligations under Section 7.1(a) through (f) of this Agreement. (b) In respect of Section 7.1(g) of this Agreement, the Operator is responsible to become aware of the requirements of the Applicable Policies and shall obtain such Applicable Policies as they are made available.
