OPERATOR TECHNICIAN. The union agrees the company has the right to periodically update and modify the requirements for all progression for new equipment. The requirements will become effective upon introduction of any new equipment. The company will meet with the union to explain and discuss the new standards before they are introduced. All new requirements will be updated in the Collective Agreement at each renewal.
