Common use of Operator to Supply Information Clause in Contracts

Operator to Supply Information. The Access Holder must cause the Operator to provide to QR, and at all times maintain operable, all necessary software, hardware and associated communication links to establish, to QR’s reasonable satisfaction, an interface with QR’s information systems and must provide information to QR in relation to each Train Service prior to operation on the Nominated Network in accordance with paragraph 2.1 of Part 2 of Schedule 10. The interface with QR’s information systems will be subject to any controls specified by QR to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the systems and the information contained therein.
