Opinion of British Virgin Islands Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx, British Virgin Islands counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Initial Purchasers, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, to the effect set forth in Annex A-6 hereto.

Opinion of British Virgin Islands Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx, British Virgin Islands counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Initial Purchasers, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial PurchasersRepresentative, to the effect set forth in Annex A-6 hereto.

Xxxxxx On the Closing Date, the Initial Purchasers shall have received the opinion of Mxxxxx and XxxxxxCalder (Hong Kong) LLP, British Virgin Islands counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Initial Purchasers, at the request dated as of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, with respect to such matters as the case may be, and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance be reasonably satisfactory to requested by the Initial Purchasers, to the effect set forth in Annex A-6 D hereto.
