Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives on the Closing Date or such Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, certificates satisfactory to the Representatives evidencing the deposit with it of the Underlying Ordinary Shares being so deposited against issuance of ADRs evidencing the Shares to be delivered by the Company on such Closing Date or such Additional Closing Date, and the execution, countersignature (if applicable), issuance and delivery of ADRs evidencing such Shares pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriter a certificate satisfactory to the Underwriter of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Offered Shares, the issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Shares delivered in the form of the ADSs underlying the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Shares delivered in the form of such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Underwriter may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. At the Closing time, the Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with the Depositary of the Underlying Shares, the issuance of the ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of any ADRs evidencing such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. At each Time of Delivery, the Underwriters shall have received a certificate of the Depositary, in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters, executed by one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with the custodian under the Deposit Agreement of the Underlying Shares underlying the ADSs to be purchased against the issuance of the ADRs evidencing such ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, of one of the authorized officers of the Depositary confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 7(g) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.
Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives at such Closing Date, certificates satisfactory to the Representatives evidencing the deposit with it of the Offered Shares being so deposited against issuance of the Offered Securities to be delivered by the Company at such Closing Date, and the execution, countersignature (if applicable), issuance and delivery of such Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. If requested by the Representatives, a certificate from the Depositary in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the certificate furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(g) hereof.
Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Underlying Shares, the issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Underlying Shares delivered in the form of the ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.
Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Stock, the issuance of the Offered ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement, and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.
