Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel to the Company. Xxxxxx and Calder, Cayman Islands counsel to the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, its (i) written opinion, addressed to the Underwriters and dated the Closing Date or any Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel to the Company. Cxxxxxx Dxxx & Pxxxxxx, special Cayman Islands legal counsel to the Company, shall have furnished to the Underwriter, at the request of the Company, its written opinion, addressed to the Underwriter and dated the Closing Date in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriter.
Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel to the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the opinion of CDP, counsel for the Company with respect to the laws of the Cayman Islands, dated as of such date, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B and to such further effect as the Representatives shall reasonably request.
