Opinion of Fund's Independent. Accountant The Custodian shall cooperate with the Fund's independent public accountants in connection with the annual and other audits of the books and records of the Fund and take all reasonable action, as the Fund may from time to time request, to provide from year to year the necessary information to such accountants for the expression of their opinion without any qualification as to the scope of their examination, including but not limited to, any opinion in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Form N-lA, and Form N-SAR or other annual reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission and with respect to any other requirements of such Commission. 11.
