Common use of Opinions and Determinations Clause in Contracts

Opinions and Determinations. The parties agree that review or approval of any IRWM Program applications, documents, permits, plans and specifications or other program information by the State is for administrative purposes only and does not relieve the Grantee of its responsibility to properly plan, design, construct, operate, maintain, implement, or otherwise carry out the IRWM Program.
