Opportunity of Comptroller to Compromise or Adjust Claim. The Comptroller shall have forty-five (45) Days from his or her receipt of all materials referred to in Article 60.5.3 to investigate the disputed claim. The period for investigation and compromise may be further extended by agreement between the Contractor and the Comptroller, to a maximum of ninety (90) Days from the Comptroller’s receipt of all materials. The Contractor may not present its petition to the Contract Dispute Resolution Board until the period for investigation and compromise delineated in Article 60.
