CDRB Determination. Within forty-five (45) Days of the conclusion of all submissions and oral arguments, the CDRB shall render a decision resolving the dispute. In an unusually complex case, the CDRB may render its decision in a longer period of time, not to exceed ninety (90) Days, and shall so advise the parties at the commencement of this period. The CDRB’s decision must be consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Decisions of the CDRB shall only resolve matters before the CDRB and shall not have precedential effect with respect to matters not before the CDRB.
