Optional Benefits/Savings Plans. The Board will make available the following optional benefits/savings plans through payroll deduction in accordance with district guidelines:
(a) optional savings plan for Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs);
(b) optional Deferred Salary Plan.
(c) optional Summer Savings Plan The Board shall set up an optional summer savings plan for less than twelve (12) month employees.
