District Safety Committee. A member shall be appointed to the District Safety Committee. The Association shall designate such member.
District Safety Committee. A safety coordinator will be appointed from each safety committee to act as safety representative to a district-wide committee. Each safety coordinator from each of the six (6) locations will meet quarterly with the Chancellor's designee to review accident experience in the District and coordinate district-wide safety campaigns and procedures designed to combat unsafe practices and increase safety consciousness.
District Safety Committee. The District shall establish a District Safety Committee. The District Safety Committee shall annually review the District Safety and Emergency Preparedness Plan. In addition, the District Safety Committee shall study and make recommendations for improving the District’s Injury Prevention Program (see Labor Code Section 6401.7). The District’s Safety and Emergency Preparedness Plan shall include but not limited to the following: responding to suspicious persons on the worksite, and responding to fire, earthquake, flood, evacuation, emergency closings, lockdown orders, and other emergency situations. GTA shall have the right to appoint two bargaining unit members to serve on the District Safety Committee. The GTA bargaining unit members shall be provided reasonable release time to attend District Safety Committee meetings. The GTA bargaining unit members shall have one less extra activity duty as described in Section 12.8.2 and/or evening meetings as described in Section 12.10. The District Safety Committee shall develop a plan to communicate the District’s Safety and Emergency Preparedness Plan to all GTA bargaining unit members.
District Safety Committee. 26.2.1 There shall be a District Safety Committee, which shall meet regularly to review safety conditions in the District and make recommendations to improve the safety of the College.
26.2.2 CODFA Participation The Association shall have the right to appoint two members to serve on the District.
District Safety Committee. The Union shall appoint one of its members from each department to the School District Safety Committee. The Committee shall meet at least monthly. The Chair of the Committee shall rotate annually between the Board, the Mount Arrowsmith Teachers’ Association and the Union.
District Safety Committee. The Union shall appoint one of its members from each department to the School District Health and Safety Committee. The Board will be responsible for providing training for committee members.
District Safety Committee. The Teamsters Locals 853/150 may designate one (1) employee representative to the District Safety Committee.
District Safety Committee. 12.4.1 A member shall be appointed to the District Safety Committee. The Association shall designate such member.
12.4.2 The appointed member to the committee shall be allowed reasonable release time to carry out the obligation of the Safety Committee assignment.

2.3 Questions by Adjunct Faculty Members concerning potentially unsafe conditions shall be conveyed to Association appointed member of the Environmental Health and Safety Committee who in turn shall present them for hearing by the Committee. Concerns expressed by Adjunct Faculty Members shall be discussed by the Committee only while an appointed Association member of the Committee is present.
District Safety Committee. The Union agrees to participate in the District Safety Committee convened by the District's Risk Manager to maintain a safe and healthful work environment within the District.
