The entire UCF DHRL agreement is expressed in writing and supersedes any understanding that may have been communicated orally or implied and neither the Student nor UCF DHRL are relying on any oral or implied agreement, representation, or understanding of fact or law that is not expressed in writing. Any changes to the housing agreement must also be expressed in a writing or reproducible electronic format to be valid and enforceable.
