Order Expectations. The Parties agree to exchange and to update end user contact and referral numbers for order inquiry, trouble reporting and billing inquiries. The Parties also agree to exchange and to update internal order, repair and billing points of contact. Prior to submitting an order under this Agreement, the CLEC shall obtain such documentation as may be required by state and federal laws and regulations.
