Order Expenses Clause Samples

The 'Order Expenses' clause defines which party is responsible for covering costs associated with fulfilling an order under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies whether the buyer or seller will pay for expenses such as shipping, handling, insurance, or taxes related to the delivery of goods or services. By clearly allocating financial responsibility for these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their obligations, thereby promoting transparency and smooth execution of the transaction.
