Statutory Fees Sample Clauses
Statutory Fees. All fees due and payable pursuant to section 1930 of title 28 of the United States Code prior to the Effective Date shall be timely paid by the Debtors. On and after the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall timely pay any and all such fees when due and payable, and shall File with the Bankruptcy Court quarterly reports in a form reasonably acceptable to the U.S. Trustee. Each Debtor shall remain obligated to pay such quarterly fees to the U.S. Trustee until the earliest of that particular Debtor’s case being closed, dismissed, or converted to a case under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Statutory Fees. Allowed Administrative Expenses for any fees and charges payable to the United States Trustee pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) shall be paid in Cash as such fees are due equal to the amount of such Administrative Expenses.

Statutory Fees. On or before the Effective Date, Administrative Claims for fees payable pursuant to section 1930 of title 28 of the United States Code, 28 U.S.C. ss. 1930, as determined by the Bankruptcy Court at the Confirmation Hearing, will be paid in cash in an amount equal to the amount of such Administrative Claims. All such fees payable after the Effective Date will be assumed by the Reorganized Debtors.
Statutory Fees. The employer agrees to pay any statutory fees that an employee may incur as a result of fulfilling the statutory requirements of their role.

The Debtors and the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, shall pay all quarterly fees under 28 U.S.C § 1930(a), plus any interest due and payable under 31 U.S.C. § 3717 on all disbursements, including Plan payments and disbursements in and outside the ordinary course of the Debtors’ or Reorganized Debtors’ business, for each quarter (including any fraction thereof) until the Chapter 11 Cases are converted, dismissed, or closed, whichever occurs first.

Statutory Fees. End User agrees to pay nonrefundable third party fees and other charges or costs for Provider’s background services (“Statutory Fees”). Any charges or costs, including but not limited to surcharges and other fees levied by federal, state, county, other governmental agencies, educational institutions, employer verification lines and licensing agencies, incurred by Provider in servicing End User, will be charged to the End User. End User agrees that Statutory Fees services are subject to change without notice due to changes at the source of the fee, although Provider will make every reasonable effort to give notice of such change before it becomes effective.
