Common use of Order of Business Clause in Contracts

Order of Business. At meetings of the Board, business shall be transacted in such order as from time to time the Chairperson may determine. At all meetings of the Board, the Chairperson, or in the Chairperson’s absence the Vice Chairperson, or in the absence of both of these officers, the Acting Chairperson, as applicable, shall preside.
