Common use of ORDER OR PRECEDENCE Clause in Contracts

ORDER OR PRECEDENCE. In the event of any conflict between these Standard Conditions and any documents (including without limitation, contracts, tender submission(s), Specification(s), drawing(s) or technical data), unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties hereto, the order of precedence shall be:  LOA;  Specification(s);  These Standard Conditions;  Any other document(s).
