Order Push-Out. If Buyer requests any extension of a scheduled shipment date beyond thirty (30) days of the original scheduled shipment date, Buyer shall pay Nortech Systems two thirds (66.67%) of the purchase price of the Products subject to such extended shipment date to cover Nortech Systems’ costs relating to the extension of the shipment date.

  • Order Rejections 53.11.1 CenturyLink shall reject and return to CLEC any order that CenturyLink cannot provision, due to technical reasons, missing information, or jeopardy conditions resulting from CLEC ordering service at less than the standard order interval. 53.11.2 When an order is rejected, CenturyLink will, in its reject notification, describe the existing reasons for which the order was rejected.

  • C1 Contract Price In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Order to Stop Work The Chief Procurement Officer, may, by written order to Contractor at any time, and without notice to any surety, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the work called for by this contract. This order shall be for a specified period not exceeding 90 days after the order is delivered to Contractor, unless the parties agree to any further period. Any such order shall be identified specifically as a stop work order issued pursuant to this clause. Upon receipt of such an order, Contractor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the occurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the order during the period of work stoppage. Before the stop work order expires, or within any further period to which the parties shall have agreed, the Chief Procurement Officer shall either: i. cancel the stop work order; or, ii. terminate the work covered by such order as provided in the Termination for Default clause or the Termination for Convenience clause of this contract.

  • Order Processing Any order by you for the purchase of shares of the respective Funds through us shall be accepted at the time when it is received by us (or any clearing house agency that we may designate from time to time), and at the offering and sale price next determined, unless rejected by us or the respective Funds. In addition to the right to reject any order, the Funds have reserved the right to withhold shares from sale temporarily or permanently. We will not accept any order from you that is placed on a conditional basis or subject to any delay or contingency prior to execution.   • Contract Closeout The Provider Agency shall comply with all requirements of Policy Circular P7.01, Contract Closeout, including the timely submittal of the Final Report of Expenditures and any other financial or programmatic reports required by the Department. All required documentation is due within 120 Days of Contract Expiration, Non-renewal or Termination.

  • SALES AND ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE Contractor shall sell its products to END USERS based on the pricing and terms of this Agreement. H-GAC will invoice Contractor for the applicable order processing charge when H-GAC receives notification of an END USER order. Contractor shall remit to H-GAC the full amount of the applicable order processing charge, after delivery of any product or service and subsequent END USER acceptance. Payment of the Order Processing Charge shall be remitted from Contractor to H-GAC, within thirty (30) calendar days or ten (10) business days after receipt of an END USER’s payment, whichever comes first, notwithstanding Contractor’s receipt of invoice. For sales made by Contractor based on this Agreement, including sales to entities without Interlocal Agreements, Contractor shall pay the applicable order processing charges to H-GAC. Further, Contractor agrees to encourage entities who are not members of H-GAC’s Cooperative Purchasing Program to execute an H-GAC Interlocal Agreement. H-GAC reserves the right to take appropriate actions including, but not limited to, Agreement termination if Contractor fails to promptly remit the appropriate order processing charge to H-GAC. In no event shall H-GAC have any liability to Contractor for any goods or services an END USER procures from Contractor.   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Xxxx has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Xxxx. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Xxxx (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Xxxx, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Xxxx will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • Contract Closure Contracting Officer shall give appropriate written notice to Purchaser when Purchaser has complied with the terms of this contract. Purchaser shall be paid refunds due from Timber Sale Account un- der B4.24 and excess cooperative deposits under B4.218.
