Scheduled Shipment Date definition

Scheduled Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order and accepted by IBM in accordance with Section 6.0 of this Agreement.
Scheduled Shipment Date as used in this Contract shall mean, for each Unit, the date, as set forth in Section 4.1(a), that Shipment of such Unit is to be accomplished pursuant to the terms of this Contract. Unless the context requires otherwise, the term "Scheduled Delivery Date" as used in this Contract shall mean, for each Unit, the date, as set forth in Section 4.1(a), that Delivery of such Unit is to be made to the Delivery Point pursuant to the terms of this Contract.
Scheduled Shipment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(c).

  • WATCHGUARD may reschedule each shipment of Product ordered pursuant to this Agreement not more than once, provided that WATCHGUARD gives SMART at least thirty (30) calendar days written notice in advance of the original scheduled shipment date (the "Original Scheduled Shipment Date"), and that the rescheduled shipment date is no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the Original Scheduled Shipment Date.
