All information systems development or enhancement tasks supported by the contractor shall follow the HHS EPLC framework and methodology or and in accordance with the HHS Contract Closeout Guide (2012).
FINAL COMPLETION, means the final completion of all requirements under the Contract, including Contract Closeout as described in Section K but excluding Warranty Work as describedin Section I.2, and the final payment and release of all retainage, if any, released.
