Order Term. An Order may contain an initial period beginning on the Order Effective Date and continuing for the duration of the Order Term (“Initial Order Term”) specified in the Order (which may be designated in the Order as the Order Term, Service Term or by other indication of duration). Upon expiration of an Initial Term, an Order shall automatically renewal for annual periods unless either party gives One Hundred Eight (180) days’ advance notice to the other party of its intent not to renew such Order.
