Common use of Order Term Clause in Contracts

Order Term. An Order may contain an initial period beginning on the Order Effective Date and continuing for the duration of the Order Term (“Initial Order Term”) specified in the Order (which may be designated in the Order as the Order Term, Service Term or by other indication of duration).
