Common use of Ordering Agency Clause in Contracts

Ordering Agency. The entity, including Members agencies and State of Ohio Cooperative Purchasing members authorized under Section 125.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, that purchases and accepts the products, supplies, services or other Deliverables under this MPA and that is responsible for payment. The Ordering Agency may also be the Contracting Agency.
