Ordering and Preparation of Collocation Space. 6.1 If any state or federal regulatory agency imposes procedures or intervals applicable to ALCALL and BellSouth that are different from the procedures or intervals set forth in this Section, whether now in effect or that become effective after execution of this Agreement, those procedures or intervals shall supersede the requirements set forth herein for that jurisdiction for all applications that are submitted for the first time after the effective date thereof.
