Initial Application. Training will be provided by a mutually agreed upon trainer. Employees must attend training prior to filing an application form, except when mutually agreed to by Local 1 Unit President and District Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Managers are encouraged to attend the training session. Requests for reclassification consideration may be initiated by the employee, a manager, or Local 1. Employees are encouraged to notify in writing both their manager and Local 1 Unit President when submitting a request.

Initial Application. 4.1.1 Any club wishing to affiliate with O&M must affiliate with its home State prior to it being accepted as a member of the O&M.
4.1.2 A club or organisation wishing to affiliate with O&M for the first time shall make application on the form (a) specified in Appendix 1 of these by-laws; if the organisation or club is not incorporated it shall nominate one person to be its representative. Such application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees and shall be accompanied by a copy of its Constitution.
4.1.3 The Constitution of the applicant must be acceptable to the Association before the application may proceed.
4.1.4 At least 15 members including its elected office bearers must be submitted for registration prior to the granting of affiliation.
4.1.5 No registered member of the Club may take part in any O&M competition prior to approval of its application for affiliation.
4.1.6 The dimensions of the Club Headquarters pool must be acceptable to O&M
Initial Application. For ACCESS Integrated’s or ACCESS Integrated’s Guest’s(s’) initial equipment placement, ACCESS Integrated shall input a physical Expanded Interconnection Application Document (Initial Application) for physical Collocation Space directly into BellSouth’s electronic application (x.Xxx) system for processing. The Initial Application is considered Bona Fide when it is complete and accurate, meaning that all of the required fields on the Initial Application are completed with the appropriate type of information. An Initial Application Fee, as set forth in Exhibit B, will apply to each Initial Application submitted by ACCESS Integrated and will be billed by BellSouth on the date BellSouth provides ACCESS Integrated with an Application Response.
