Assistance on disputes, claims, or protests under OASIS 5. Contractor performance under OASIS The OCO duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Requesting and receiving a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) prior to soliciting and awarding a task order under OASIS 2. Complying with the terms and conditions of OASIS (See Section H.3.)
