ORDERING PROCEDURE. 5.1 If any Panel Customers decide to source any of the Panel Services through this Panel Agreement, then they shall be entitled at any time in their absolute and sole discretion during the Panel Period to award Legal Services Contracts for the Panel Services from the Supplier by following Panel Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure). 5.2 The Supplier shall comply with the relevant provisions in Panel Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure).
