Professional Investor shall have the same meaning as that defined in Schedule 1 to the Ordinance, as amended from time to time; SFO means the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong); Electronic Trading Service means the Internet or other facility provided by, and/or on behalf of, Golden Eagle Brokerage which enables Client to give electronic instructions for the execution of transactions in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere, and to receive information and related services; SFC means the Securities and Futures Commission of HongKong.
